Walking With Jesus

Where Jesus Walked

I walked today where Jesus walked on the shores of Galilee,
Where He called the men to come from their fishing in the sea;
Through the dusty city streets where they followed Him around,
And I felt His presence there as I knelt down on the ground.

I walked today where Jesus walked when Satan tried to lead Him wrong,
Way out in the wilderness, but His faith was far too strong;
Then I put my trust in Him, never more to be afraid,
And I felt His presence there as I bowed my head and prayed.

I walked today where Jesus walked, through Jerusalem that day,
With the heavy wooden cross, and He stumbled on the way;
To the hill of Calvary where He died to cleanse my sin,
And He stood beside me there as I gave my life to Him.

I walked today where Jesus walked for the Sermon on the Mount,
Where the ones who came to hear numbered more than you could count;
On the mighty Jordan's banks where He was baptized by John,
I could feel Him with me there for His Spirit lingers on.
