Died: 15 January 1822 at Trinity
      Father: William Jones
      Mother: Hannah ?
Spouse: Henry Way of Kinson, Dorset

Note: Catherine's will, made 1822 in Trinity, makes no reference to a husband or children of her own. She does name her God-Daughter Sarah Way Lander, and her sister Jane May. However, the will of Henry Way of Kinson, Dorset, indicates that Catherine was his wife.
Sarah Way Lander was baptized 1789 in Trinity, the daughter of Andrew Taverner and Catherine Pynn. In 1808 she married Thomas Wise Lander of Poole, Dorset, and in 1828 she married William Davis Cross of Winterborne, Whitechurch, Dorset. Catherine died before her goddaughter's second marriage.

Henry apparently had a son by Sarah Bayly, baptized 06 October 1777 at St. Paulís Anglican Church. The son, recorded as a ĎBastardí, was named Henery. He was apparently baptized as Henry Goldworthy, Jr. Burial records also list the burial of Thomas Best (alias May) of the City of Exeter in Great Britain (Joiner), aged 59 years, on 05 May 1811. It is not known why his name was listed that way.
